Word Counts for Week 5 of NaNoWriMo November 2023

I won Nano! ????

Week 5 of NaNoWriMo November 2023 got me to 50704 an entire day early. The writing days went very smoothly to the point I got 600+ words per sprint instead of the usual 400+.

As I said last week, writing every day isn’t for me, but it has shown that I can push for a larger word count over a shorter period. I also figured out where the story’s planning went wrong, which hopefully means I can learn how to do it next time.

The story still has another 30k before it will be done entirely, but unfortunately, I need to switch to another project to meet a deadline. But I’ll take Friday and Saturday off writing and take some good care of myself. Then, on Sunday, I’ll jump back into my other project!
