Word Counts for Week 4 of NaNoWriMo November 2023
Week 4 of NaNoWriMo November 2023 brought me through the last of the patching of old content and reduced the workload to a normal level.
As I hit the end of the weekend, I am directly in the middle of the book, and being a romance means spicy scenes. With 4 days of nano left and the likelihood I’ll need to switch projects at the start of December, my goal right now is to do as much as I can and make sure the outline is clear for when I come back to it later.
One thing I have learned–and I’m sure I say this every year–is that I much prefer having 1 day a week off writing. Getting words done every day just doesn’t work for me.
