COVER & BLURB REVEAL — DEATH & VISIONS: BROKEN SIGHT (BOOK 2)
After the launch of Book 1, I’m excited to finally share the cover and official blurb for Broken Sight, the second book in the Death & Visions series. If all goes well, it should be arriving towards the end of this year.
This book picks up six months after the Calamity Theatre case and throws our protagonist straight back into Edinburgh’s shadows — where politics, power, and the truth are becoming harder to separate.
Here’s the full blurb:
A Seer is dead. But no one saw it coming.
Six months after the Calamity Theatre case, I’m trying to keep my head down, do the job, and pretend Edinburgh’s shadows have stopped watching me. Then a Seer turns up dead, and Justice drags me back into the dark.
A Dreamer—one of Edinburgh’s rare Seers with Foresight—has been killed, and the Coalition moves fast to lock everything down. Justice pulls me in because they can’t get a clean read on the scene. No clarity. No usable Visions. Just fragments that don’t fit… and the creeping sense that someone has found a way to make the future go silent.
Justice wants answers without questions. The Coalition wants control without scrutiny. And I’m stuck in the middle, chasing leads no one wants written down. In a city where everyone’s hiding something—and some people can rewrite what you think you saw—I have to find the killer before the next body drops… even if the truth is the one thing I’m not allowed to say out loud.
In Edinburgh, the future is supposed to be written. This time, someone’s tearing out the pages.
Broken Sight digs deeper into the supernatural crime elements of the series — unreliable Visions, political pressure, and a killer who knows exactly how to stay ahead.
